The VP of Construction will provide leadership and oversight to the activities of the Construction Team. Provide a rewarding work environment with greater opportunities of growth for team members and maintain an environment which will produce increased involvement, cooperation, and teamwork, thereby increasing output and better meeting The Collier Companies expectations. The VP position is an integral part of our 2X mission, to double our size over the coming decade.

This role will report out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. Gainesville was recently ranked as one of the top 10 places to live in the United States.
